WHY EFT TAPPING FOR GOALS?

“Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.”

Benjamin Franklin

Our stress response can kick in when we think about working towards a goal that is important for us. Left to it’s own devices, this can cause flight response behaviors such as avoiding doing tasks that move us closer to our goal (procrastination).

Practicing EFT Tapping in a group coaching session helps to declutter our mind, body, and emotions from the stress-related blocks that are stopping us from making better progress on a specific goal.

EFT Tapping is a stress management and relaxation method that has been around for more than 40 years and researched now for more than 20 years. The 300+ journal articles on EFT Tapping, 125 of which are published in high quality peer reviewed journals, show it positively affects a range of biochemistry in the body (e.g. positive changes in brain activity, cortisol, and DNA expression).

You can find a reference list below if you want to check out key research papers evidencing the benefits of tapping for brain health and stress biochemistry.
