WHAT’S UP: On November 16th 2024, George Brooks and Eleni Vardaki co-presented at the EFT Internnational Symposium talking about “Using EFT to Heal Trauma”. This year’s theme was “Healing Trauma in the Field: Past Wounds, Present Solutions, Future Resilience”. George and Eleni’s panel member contribution focused on EFT solutions for healing trauma in school settings in order to build future resilience.

Presenters and panel members talked about how Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) can revolutionise trauma healing for anyone working with individuals who may be affected by trauma, not only via individual 1:1 therapy but also via whole group tapping interventions in under-resources settings such as the NHS and under-resourced mental health service providers for school age students.

Eleni Vardaki is an EFT Tapping specialist who works with adults, teens and tweens. She specializes in EFT for stress (chronic stress, acute stress, traumatic stress, posttraumatic stress), anxiety, and academic performance. Her therapeutic coaching and training services support the well-being of adults, teens, and kids worldwide.
