(ENGLISH TRANSLATION) EFT Tapping – Emotional Freedom Techniques, training teachers in the 1st Vocational School of Nea Ionia – Volos.

As part of professional development, in-school training experiences are provided by competent bodies, with the participation of teachers from and to the teachers of the 1st EPA.L School of Nea Ionia, Volos (Greece).

Specifically, for the third year in a row, meetings are held after school for interested school teachers as part of a broader training series titled “Relieving and Empowering Well-being Techniques.”

Within the context of these meetings, on Tuesday 19/12/2023 at 14:00, the guest of the group was Mrs. Eleni Vardaki, who offered an introduction with experiential exercises and a short EFT demonstration of an EFT Tapping session (EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques).

EFT Tapping can be applied to enhance our psychology by simulating a sequence of acupoints for a variety of situations (eg. phobias, panic attacks, anxiety, procrastination, cravings for sweets/alcohol/cigarettes, achieving personal or professional goals).

Events such as this aim to boost satisfaction and improve working relationships by focusing on the health, well-being and safety of teachers at school. These in turn work, in multiple ways, to create a better working environment.
