EFT Tapping for resilience and wellbeing in school with Jacqui Footman

EFT Tapping for Resilience and Wellbeing in Secondary School

GUEST SPEAKER: Qualified teacher and EFT Practitioner, Jacqui Footman, shares her experience of introducing Secondary School students at Stonehenge School to EFT Tapping for building resilience and well-being post-COVID. In this interview she talks about:

  • why she collaborated with a member of staff responsible for Pastoral Care to introduce EFT Tapping into an English Secondary School.
  • how she delivered a 40-minute EFT Tapping lesson via Zoom to 5 groups of about 15 students from Years 7-10 who were selected to attend the lesson over the course of a single school day.
  • the feedback she got from students and staff after delivering an Introduction to EFT lesson to all their Year 7, Year 8, Year 9, and Year 10 students via Zoom.

Alongside her EFT Devon practice, Jacqui supported the formal growth of AAMET as a voluntary organisation from 2009, becoming Chair in 2014 until 2022. Under Jacqui’s leadership, AAMET continued to grow, registered as a UK Charity, and rebranded as EFT International in 2019 with a mission to promote excellence in EFT worldwide.
