GUEST SPEAKER: Yolanda Saez Castello shares her top tips for EFT Practitioners, as well as the 4 main types of sessions she has found work well for bringing EFT Tapping into schools, namely:

  1. Weekly focus groups (6 students per group, to tap for their well-being)
  2. Drop-in sessions (In the library, or on the playground during break time, for the little ones)
  3. Occasional sessions (Schools call her in for exam stress reduction, primary and secondary)
  4. Well-being week sessions (Schools timetable her in to tap with a different class for a week)
