- Goal of clearing stress and overwhelm: assistance with not getting triggered into a state of stress and overwhelmed when they thinking about doing their schoolwork, university/college assignments, studying for a professional exam, or even just at thinking about their busy schedule (‘not enough time’, ‘too much pressure’, ‘I’m overwhelmed just thinking about it’).
